- Do not use automation or bots that simulate human activity without express written permission.
Payments & Refunds
- All prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply.
- Refunds follow a reasonable window; abuse voids eligibility.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Chargebacks for valid services rendered may result in account suspension.
- For courses with downloadable content, partial refunds may apply after proportional access is deducted.
Intellectual Property
- Course content is licensed for personal use. Redistribution is prohibited.
- You retain IP to your original creations unless otherwise agreed.
- Logos, trademarks, and brand assets remain the property of BasePeak Academy.
Accounts & Security
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use paid services.
- Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended where available.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Liability
We provide content "as is" with industry-standard care; we are not liable for indirect damages.
Term & Termination
- These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us.
- We may terminate or suspend access immediately for cause, including breach of terms, legal requests, or security risks.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Changes to Terms
